BETTER TOGETHER MARIPOSA is undertaking a community project to map our environmental and cultural richness of Mariposa and Yosemite National Park and to promote local green sustainable living. It is our small community's effort to be local stewards of one of the earth's most cherished places.
Our Green Map will focuses on:
1. Cultivating a deepening appreciate and reverence of our rich natural and social heritage.
2. Promoting awareness of activities in and about Mariposa that further the sustainable ideal.
3. Developing strategy that both promoting opportunities, preserves our
heritage and look to the long term health and wellbeing of the
community.
